Commands:

>> [xyz] << means you can type nothing (command will work on you), players ID or part of players nickname

* !stats [xyz] - shows players accuracy
* !track [xyz] - shows players max and avarage ping (time: 5secs)
* !rate [xyz] - shows players rate

* !1, !2, !5 - team changing
* !p, !up - pause/unpause (with countdown)
* !pinfo - info about pauses (on current map)
* !ub - unbans last
* !r - restarts map
* !random - set random map
* !map [map] - changes map to [map]
* !last - shows info about last map
* !cwmode - shows CW Mode status (more later)
* !whois - shows online admins
* /pm [ID] [x] - sends [x] to player [ID]
* /whoiz ID - shows players other nicks (based on IP)

Admin Commands:
* /config - sets respawn time, limit, timelimit right
* /setA [x] - sets Alpha score to [x] (/setB for Bravo)
* /cwmode on/off - sets CW Mode on/off
* /big - shows big text
* /unp - unpaused countdown (/unpause is not!)
* /specall - sends all to spec

Other features:
* BlockOnJoin - disables all map-changing commands for 15 secs after joining team, allows to change map once per 3 secs
* CW Mode - when turned on and specs are using public chat, they are muted for 30 seconds (exception - commands)
* SpecOnJoin - no definition needed

Requirements:
* All weapons except knives disabled
* Damage dealt by fist must not be modified
